Our campervan can be hired if you are over the age of 30 and under the age of 79.

Collection of the campervan: 3pm to 5pm

Drop-off of the campervan: 9am to 11am

Extra hours are charged at £12.50 per hour

Motor insurance and breakdown cover is included in the price.

You must pay a £1000 security deposit before collection of the vehicle. This will be refunded within 48 hours after the return of the vehicle, if the vehicle is undamaged.

You will need to send us pictures of both sides of your driver's licence, and input your details into a secure website where you will be given a code to send to us.

160 miles per day are included in the price. If you do more miles than this, you will be charged 20p per mile.

Contact us if you have points on your licence and we will be able to advise you.

Please note that, in order to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, we are only able to accommodate 2 small or 1 medium-sized, well-behaved dog(s). Pets must be kept off the upholstery and pet blankets used where necessary. There is an extra charge of £10 per day for dogs.

We can collect you from and drop you off at Malton train station (YO17 9RD) if required. The cost for this service is £40 (round trip).

The double bed has a mattress protector and fitted sheet.

Bedding sets for 2 are available (duvet and duvet cover; two pillows and pillowcases) - £15 per set

Towel set (2 x hand towels and 2 x bath towels) - £8 per set

Please contact us as soon as you have an accident or there is any damage to the campervan. Please take pictures/videos and send them to us ASAP: info@vanescapes.co.uk

On your return, we will get quotes for replacement or repair and send them to you. This, unfortunately, is deducted from your security deposit. If there is more serious damage, we will phone the recovery and get you and the vehicle to safety.

Yes, we have 1 car parking space per hire but we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage whilst it is parked on our premises.

No smoking (including e-cigarettes) and no preparation of strong smelling foods.
